I have been in touch with Frank both by mail and phone and he seems to be in very good spirit and is very positive about being released. he told me that his case is going to federal court some time this year. is there any way to get the trial transcript, I sure would like to see what his defense team did to defend him from reading your site it does not look like they did much. why did they not object to life with out parole at the time of his conviction this was not in law in the state of Oregon. you can reach me at trexsandra@aol.com I hope there is something I can do to help. 	No namewrote: I just want my dad Frank to know that I haven't forgotten about him. He's always in my heart and prayers. I believe he's innocent and am eagerly waiting for his release. I am his only child who he hash't seen in over 25 years. He also has 6 grandchildren who are wating to one day meet their grandfather. He said it wouldn't help because dogs can't testify in Court. D.A. Penn lied, dogs have frequently been used in Courts to identify perpitrators of crime. Later that summer, I was driving north on 13th St., when my dog saw twom men exit a 'hock' shop just of 13th st. She jumped out the window which I alway kept rolled all the way down, and went after the two men. I skidded to a stop and went after the dog and stopped her before she could attack the men, and got her back in the vehicle. This was a dog who was everybody's friend, who had never before exhibited anger or a mean streak in her life. I am convinced that whoever those men were, at least one of them was involved in Francke's murder. By then I knew D.A. Dale Penn wasn't interested in investigating at the 'hock' shop to find out who the men were, or what they had 'hocked'. I've always been curious about who owned the highly identifiable 'primered' green car I saw leaving the driveway from the 'dome' building as I passed. Jan. 20

Oh, I'm just trying to get myself some easy treatment. You know, they brought me over from Idaho State Penitentiary and blah, blah, ...." And, here I go again looking for my Idaho hit guy, and he is trying to set Frank Gable up like everyone else of the drug crowd. And, definitely, Mark Gesner had a score to even with Frank Gable. Both Gesner and Michael Keerin got even. Just no honor between drug dealers. No one told the truth here, and I now see there was out-of-state drug trafficking going on here, so where does the FBI step in here? There is reasonable doubt here and this case needs to be reinvestigated again. No matter how this turns out, Dale Penn, Mr. McAlister, and the rest will never sway me to believe this was a bungled car burglary. I'll always know it was a hit and orchestrated by someone who could pull strings in the prison system. God Bless. Jan. 20
